Gawd, I miss Brissy

Ohmigod, I’ve just realized that there are 5 guys sharing the house with me, not 4. While I was walking to the bathroom to take my morning shower, the main door opened and a guy walked in. I was quite shocked and asked him if he was moving here. He told me he’s been staying here for ages. I must have looked like a complete idiot. I’ve been living here for 2 weeks now and I have never seen this guy before. So I said yeah, ok (completely puzzled). Nevertheless, I continued my journey to the bathroom without asking more questions.

At 9.00 am, I was ready to go to Brisbane. I was planning to visit Mea, but she was too embarrassed for me to see her messy house. So I decided to go to Indooroopilly to shop. My priority is to buy a pair of sunnies. I’ve bought a pair last year but somehow it broke. So I bought another one from ValleyGirl about 3 weeks ago. This one didn’t last long.. I lost it a few days ago. I like the sunnies so much so I went to ValleyGirl again today to get the same sunnies and walla they are still selling it *Yippee*. I also bought 2 polo shirts from Giordano without even going to the fitting room to try them on. The checkout guy asked if I was a big fan of the shirts… HELL YEAH I AM! I even remember what size polo shirt fits me. By the way, I notice Giordano checkout guys are so emo and so cute.

After a couple hours at Indro, I went back to Gold Coast. At Helensvale train station, I met Ben. I haven’t seen him for ages so we chatted while waiting for the bus to arrive. He reckoned its going to be tough for me living with strangers.. we’ll see. His bus arrived early so I was all alone again until I saw my housemate, (insert name here). I hardly talk with any of my housemates cos they seem shy and they locked themselves in their own rooms all day (I am guilty of these too) so I thought it’s the best time to get to know each other better. So I approached him and started saying (a) the usual stuff “hello, how are you?”, (b) the silly stuff “are you and (insert name of other housemate) brothers cos ur names are quite similar’ and (c) something about food “do you like Nandos?”. I seemed to get better response with (c). So we talked and talked about Nandos till our bus arrived. I have pretty much broken the ice so there wont be anymore awkward moments with him in the future hopefully. I cant wait to put my charm on the boys at home *hehe* Wish me luck =)
