Lazy Girl's Guide to Fooding 2

Forgot to mention how the 'Nasi Campur' went... My mum is a genius!!! It is so easy to cook and so yummy! Actually it tastes like chicken rice. So here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
rice
chicken wings (chopped into smaller pieces)
water
chicken stock
salt

Procedures:
Put 3 cups of rice into the rice cooker and add in 3 cups of water. Then in a bowl, mix 4-5 cubes of chicken stock with a small amount of water. Add the mixture into the rice cooker. Place the chicken wings into the rice cooker then put in more water so that most of the chickens are submerged in the water. Add about a tbs of salt in, put the rice cooker cover on then press 'cook' on the rice cooker (exactly similar to the way you cook rice) and leave it. It is optional to put in veggies such as carrots.

It only takes less than 30 mins... easy peasy!
