Mouth to mouth anyone?
Yay I am a qualified first aider!!
I've been to first aid training class for the weekend. It was fun, tiring, exciting, easy yet complicated and made you think outside the box. I had an amazing first aid trainer who obviously had been into so many emergency situations. Gotta love people who know exactly what they are talking about!
Anyway, the class started at 9am and ended at 5pm for 2 days. I did CPR and some bandages on the first day and I think I did pretty well. I learnt some theories and had a test on the second day...And I got 20 out of 20 *Yay* Have I told you how amazing my trainer is?! Well, he gave everyone a second chance so pretty much everyone got 100%. I cant wait to get my certificate in the mail.
Other than that, there isnt much happening around me. It is study week now so I am suppose to study, but I really dont have the mood. Instead, I cant stop thinking about World Cup. You see, the only tv in this house is the one in the living room. My housemates love love love to watch dvd. They watch dvd like all day (and night). I am not really sure if they are into football as much as I do or even at all so it is likely that they would be hogging the tv during World Cup. So I gotta come up with something so I can watch the game. I wanna get a portable tv but I've never seen a colour one. All of them are in black and white. I've also seen tv tuner card, where you insert it into your laptop cardbus, and walla you can watch tv on your laptop. Anyone know if this stuff really work? I am not techie-savvy =
Also, I am going back to Brunei on the 28th June so thats 3 more weeks. I am pretty excited about it. I am almost sure that I would be busy when I am in Brunei, so I might not be able to see you (you know who you are) all the time. So I am really really sorry. I have so many things to do in so little time *sighs* I want a real holiday!!!!
