4 down, 1 exam left!

I practically live in the library for the past few days. Been studying my ass off for Scientific Investigations in Health exam... and I think it paid off. I found the paper quite easy so hopefully I didnt make any careless mistakes cos thats what usually happen to over-confident people (no idea why). Anyway, I was happy with the paper that I left the exam room in a hurry and forgot to take my student id with me. It is now kept in a locked box in Student Admin room waiting for me to pick it up. Unfortunately, I had a taste of being an adult when I had to pay for an adult bus ticket to Australia Fair for having no student id with me. It's double the cost.. I pity all adults! As if it isnt hard enough being an adult already.

NEED to get my id back asap!

Closed book with notes

Does anyone have any tips for making notes for closed book with notes exam? I am allowed to take 1 A4 sheet with writing on both sides for my Scientific Investigations in Health 1 on Tuesday. All I can think of is printing the notes in the smallest yet readable font as possible and give them appropriate headings.

Obviously, I have never had such exam so any suggestions would be be great!

I cant wait to go home!!

Had 2 more exams in the last 2 days. The Physiology of Exercise lab/tute exam was HARDER than the theory one. And it was storming outside during the exam making it so hard for me to concentrate (Isz later told me that it was hailing). I dont like storms - they are NOT cool! The storm was so bad that the power got cut off, thank god for emergency lights in the lecture theatre or else we all would probably have to spend more time there. After the exam, I had to walk home in the rain. NOT romantic =P I was a bit scared of getting struck by lightning (Hjh later told me that a girl in GC got struck by lightning during that storm - that could have easily been me =\)

Well anyway, I got home, I was hungry as fuck so I rang Domino's hotline for pizza delivery. I was told by the operator that Ashmore and Labrador branches deliver to my area. So I rang Ashmore first cos I used to get my pizza from there. But they referred me to Labrador cos they dont deliver to my place anymore. So I rang Labrador and got the same answer from them, referring me to Southport instead. I was pissed already and lost my appetite.

Exam + storm + walking in the rain + hungry + exhausted mentally and physically = terrible PMS!

And adding to that, I had to read 4 weeks worth of lecture notes before the next day. So I broke down *sniffs* In between sobbing, Chris rang me up to cheer me. It helped a bit, I calmed down then go to sleep. Yes, I put my health first before my education. So I slept until 2.30am then read my lecture notes till the sun was up. Fortunately, I finished reading all my notes before my exam at 8.30am.

Straight after exam, Isz Hjh and I went to Harbour Town and destress! We bought a pair of Chuck Taylor's each. It was on sale, buy 2 get 1 free. In the end, we only had to pay $35 each =) I also bought an evening bag, just in case there are wedding functions to attend in Brunei later. I am itching to go and since it's close to December, I am pretty sure there will be gazillionth invitations. I used to hate going to them but now I miss going to one. It's most likely the free food =P Anyone else feel the same?

Well, thats my rant for today! I am avoiding Domino's Ashmore and Labrador like the plague now.

Movie Night

I think I did quite well in my Physiology of Exercise theory paper yesterday. Well, I hope I did. The guy sitting next to me worried me somehow. It was a 3 hours paper but he spent the first hour practically doing nothing (flipping through the pages, wrote a bit then stretched his legs straight out infront of him like he was at the Malibu beach) before he went out of the lecture theatre. Then, there was the constant growling of hungry tummy behind me. Distraction distraction..

Anyway, later that night, we had a movie night at Feezal's place. We went to Southport first to get the Pizzas and rent some dvds before going to his place. It was like Raya all over again. We had Vegorama pizza, Margarita pizza, nachos with dips and french fries. First, we watched Amityville Horror. It was a movie based on true story. Worth watching and Ryan Reynolds is Yum! I wonder what has happened to the house now. This reminds me of the reason why org Brunei sebelum pindah rumah, misti baca-baca dulu cos you never know who owns the place first. Kinda scary eh!

The second movie was.... Dungeons & Dragons =\ Bad bad movie!! Bad acting, bad story line, everything BAD! STAY AWAY from this movie. We had fun watching this one though as we criticised everything! The movie was like a mix of many movies, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars.. ketara try hard and low budget. Jan liat! Damn, 2 hours of my precious time wasted =(

Today, I need to study for my other exams. Motivate me!!

And Happy Belated Halloween!! No one came by trick and treating at my place *meh* But I've seen kids around in their costumes.. so cute! The funny/weird thing was the night before Halloween, I had a dream pasal Tuyul. Then the next day (Halloween day), Deny asked me on msn what Tuyul is in english. Coincidence?



My friend carved the pumpkin with Naruto on it. Wish I was that talented. I can hardly cut up a rockmelon without making a mess =And here's a poem that gets to me all the time. Grr..

My mouth hurts like hell!!!

I cant eat, I cant even smile. The only facial expression I can do with minimal pain is pouting (which is actually a blessing cos pouting helps hide my swollen cheek). My internet doctor suggested that it could be canker sore, which lasts about 1-2 weeks and if it lasts longer than that, I should go see a real doctor. I blame getting the canker sore on myself. I have a bad habit of biting the inside of my cheek =\ MUST buy chewing gum to stop this freaky habit!

Anyway, I have been studying until yesterday. I swear I thought yesterday was Thursday so I got a bit stressed (as my exam starts on Saturday and I still have a lot to read) and as a result, I got sick and could not study much. Fever, sneezing, dizzy, runny nose, along with the canker sore, I felt like shit. Then in the evening, I was playing around with my phone in bed when suddenly I realised that it was still Wednesday. Grr.. I was stressing for no reason and now am sick cos of it. Wish it was reversible!

Oh, before I leave, thanx Mea for the Superman game. It helps destress me for awhile.. addicted ku main hehe siok ah!
